Robus Capital Management (“Robus”) – the specialist in European corporate credit
Robus Capital Management (“Robus”) is an independent European asset manager focused on investments in debt instruments issued by mid-sized companies. For its institutional investors, Robus Capital offers dedicated fund strategies in corporate bonds, private debt and turnaround / distressed debt.
Since its foundation in 2011, Robus Capital has focused on debt instruments issued by companies with EBITDA ranging from EUR 5 million to EUR 100 million, including corporate bonds, syndicated loans, Schuldschein loans and selected direct lending transactions. Investments are made in both the primary and secondary markets.
The regional focus is on Continental Europe, particularly the DACH region, the Benelux countries and Northern Europe.
Robus Capital manages mutual funds and specialised investment funds domiciled in Luxembourg for professional and institutional investors. Its product range includes both liquid mutual funds and closed-end specialised investment funds. In total, Robus Capital manages assets of more than EUR 1 billion.
Team
Experienced investment team with in-depth credit expertise
Robus Capital has offices in Frankfurt and London. Its specialised Investment Committee comprises experienced portfolio managers with an average of around 20 years of experience in European credit markets.
The team members have extensive expertise in high yield, leveraged finance, private debt and restructuring. They combine in-depth fundamental analysis with many years of capital markets and restructuring experience and pursue an independent, research-driven investment approach.
