London, 28 August 2026. Robus Capital has acquired an 80 percent stake in RHEINZINK GmbH & Co. KG. The global market leader in titanium zinc will continue to operate as an independent company headquartered in Datteln. Its former sole owner, GRILLO-Werke AG, will retain a 20 percent stake.
