London, 28 June 2026. Robus Capital has acquired an 80 percent stake in RHEINZINK GmbH & Co. KG. The global market leader in titanium zinc will continue to operate as an independent company headquartered in Datteln, Germany. Former sole owner GRILLO-Werke AG retains a 20 percent stake.
